Interlibrary loan services


If the library does not have the literature you might need, it is possible to borrow it from another library. Interlibrary loans between Swedish libraries and libraries in other Nordic countries are free of charge for students. Requesters will be notified by mail once the items have arrived. Items must be picked up at the circulation desk.

Who can order interlibrary loans?


Students, researchers and staff at Högskolan i Gävle can order interlibrary loans, as well as students from other universities. Please notice that your library card application must have been registered before you may order.

Articles


Photocopies of articles requested from other libraries are ordered in the information desk and paid when submitting the order. Photocopies are mailed to the requester. Before you order an article, check the Library´s Journal list to make sure the Library does not already have the journal.
