Cooperation
An important part of the University´s work is to interact with the surrounding community. The goal is that research and teaching will benefit the community and individuals in different ways by creating new products, services and ideas and by developing activities.
The Ergo Prize is a project beginning in the autumn/winter of 2007/2008, the objective of which is to promote a good working environment in companies in the Gävleborg region. The plan is to annually award the Ergo Prize to a company that has successfully applied ergonomic principles in its attempts to achieve greater profitability.
