Printouts

The System


Our printout system is named Cirrato. The System use a function called  Follow print which means that you collect your printouts at any public printer. Either with you accesscard or with your userId and password.

Printouts in computerlabs


Outside our computerlabs printers are placed where you can collect your printouts. You can choose any other public printer if you so prefer.

Free printouts


Each semester every student is provided with free printouts for 100 Skr. Additional printouts are bought through the PayEx system.

Additional printouts for C and D essays


Students that study at C- and D-level essays get double allotment. The department offices will leave printouts from LADOK on current students to the IT-department each semester. If you have not received extra printouts you must contact the department office where you write your essay.

Additional printouts for student representatives


50 extra printouts per semester is allotted the students that participate in department boards at HiG. Utbildnings- och forskningskansliet is responsible for the information that will be sent to the IT-department. The information shall contain the personal registration number.

Complaints


Complaints on bad copies are reported to IT-support and is most often covered by the printout warrant.

Printout warrant


Bad printouts/copies is managed by the IT-support. Bring your bad printouts/copies and you will be refunded the corresponding amount to your printout (PayEx) account.
