Radio Frequency Measurement Technology for Future Power Amplifiers and Transmitters

Project description

The research project shall develop novel test and measurement techniques for advanced radio frequency (RF) communication products to support better and more efficient design, lower production costs and a better understanding of complicated phenomena in them. Cost reductions and the emerging technologies, e.g. multiple input multiple output (MIMO), orthogonal frequency domain modulation (OFDM), efficiency enhancement techniques, require novel measurement techniques both for design and production.

The projcet started February 2007 and will run until January 2010. It is a KKS project (KKS Dnr 2006/0231). KKS supports the project with 4948 kSEK.
