Communication

For the Radio Center communication is core business. The Center offers a neutral meeting place that attracts all players in the area, both small local and large international companies. The Center arranges events, such as seminar series, workshops and conferences, to promote communication. A specific meeting place is the Center laboratory for communication between partners and students.

Seminar Series

The Center arranges a seminar series, in cooperation with IEEE Sweden Signal Processing Chapter, with one hour seminars at least 4 times per year. The main target group is the local (and to some extent national) industry, the master program, the University of Gävle and the local community. The speakers represent local, national and international industry and academia.

Workshops

The Center for RF Measurement Technology will yearly arrange workshops for the Center partners and specially invited. The objectives are to create a meeting place for the partners, inform a wider audience at the partners about the activities at the Center, initiate discussions and develop the Center and its projects and activities. The aim is also to arrange an informal workshop for to stimulate collaboration and development of new collaboration projects.

Conferences

The Center also arranges larger national and international conferences in the area of RF measurement technology like RFMTC07 and RFMTC09 and the upcoming RFMTC11external link, opens in new window to be held on October 4-5 2011.
