An extra 1.8 m module, however this does not include extra manning or refreshments.
 
Access to Individual exhibition room             SEK 1000
Available for registered exhibitors to give exclusive demonstrations or briefings for selected guests. Charged by the hour. Booked on first come, first served basis.

Example 1: Company A would like to present their products at the exhibition. Only one person will attend. The company pays totally SEK 5000 (VAT excluded) and may attend the seminars, lunches and dinners.

Example 2: Company B would also like to present their products at the exhibition. 5 persons will be present presenting their products and they desire a two-module stand. In addition the company wishes to give an exclusive product introduction to a handful of selected customers and need an individual exhibition room for two hours. Company B pays a total of:
5000             Basic Fee
+ 3* 500       Extra participants
+ 4000          Extended exhibition stand
+ 2*1000      Individual exhibition room 2 hours
= SEK 12500 (VAT excluded).
One person may attend the seminar but all 5 will enjoy the lunches and the conference dinner.
