Exhibition Details

The exhibition area is situated in close proximity to the seminar room and the mingle area.

There are a total of 15 — 25 exhibition stands available. The stands are available in modules of 1.8 m length, with an approximate exhibition area size of 1.8m x 1.5 m alternatively 3.6 x 1.5 m. In addition to these stands there are two individual exhibition rooms (for 10-12 persons) for main sponsors and partners to give exclusive demonstrations or briefings for selected guests.

The exhibition is an event open for all conference attendees Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. It is also open for invited local industry, students and others interested (pre-registration required). For this part exhibitors may also invite guests and customers.

Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area from 08:00 Tuesday 6th to 18:00 Wednesday the 7th. Tables (1.20 x 90 cm) and poster walls will be provided upon request. Exhibition stands are sold in the order they are booked. Initially one module is available per company. Each exhibitor will be offered the possibility to display two power-point slides with brief information about their business as part of a rolling information slide-show. Exhibitors may also schedule alternative activities like short courses or product introductions on Wednesday afternoon. Please make suggestions and schedule such events with the exhibits chair and organizing committee.
