¤Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat (Gävle Arrangemang & Kongressbyrå).

Refund
An administration fee of SEK 500 will be charged for cancellations received no later than August 31. No refunds will be made for cancellations made from September 1.
