Högskolan i Gävle

This will be a technical workshop with technical presentations by the exhibitors at RFMTC09, which highlight innovative solutions and demonstrate technical possibilities. Target audience is the RFMTC09 delegates, engineers from local industry and MSc students from University of Gävle and others interested in state of the art radio.

The aim is competence development, preparation for the future, visualization of challenges and possibilities, starting of discussions etc. and of course starting and continuation of long term relationships between customers, users and suppliers. There will be two parallel sessions, one more directed towards hardware/instruments and one more towards simulations/software. However, the border between the sessions can be diffuse. Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • RF Measurement Technology
  • Cognitive Radio
  • Software Driven Measurements
  • Modular Instrumentation
  • Metrology
  • Antenna Measurements
  • Electromagnetic Interference
  • Power Amplifiers Propagation and channel sounding
  • RF and Microwave components
  • RF and Microwave systems and application

The workshop is free of Charge. However, registration in advance is required. (The RFMTC09 delegates are pre-registered and will have guaranteed seats).
