Field visit: Social Organisations - Rapatac
On Thursday the 24th of August we offer a field visit at a social organisation named Rapatac.
Rapatac is an organization whose working concept aims to ensure that all children and young people who participate in its activities experience the joy of a learning process through which each individual has a chance to develop and unlock their full potential.
Rapatac functions as a connecting link between school, home, and leisure time through using an attractive environment and engaging activities as key working tools to stimulate willingness to learn.
The values of the organization are summarized in seven leading words:

- Trust
- Responsibility
- Attraction
- Relationship
- Engagement
The leading words go as a red thread through all the activities conducted for children, young people, and families in the two centers located in the two municipalities of Sandviken and Gävle.
Rapatac Activity Center Nordost has existed for ten years, and Rapatac Activity Center in Sandviken for four years. Weekly hundreds of children and young people are welcome to participate in the centers’ various activities and projects.
