Outdoor gym on campus
Welcome to the opening of the gym on campus, April 19. Nine exercise machines will be placed in the University's courtyard next to the beach volleyball court. There you have the opportunity to test and evaluate the machines.

One of Sweden's most modern outdoor gyms with adjustable weights will be placed at the beach volleyball court in the University's courtyard starting April 19. The gym has adjustable weights and enables everyone, regardless of level, to do strength training on the nine exercise machines.
April 19 at 13:00 the gym opens, come and try it the first day!
Representatives from the University of Gävle, Akademiska Hus and the company Omnigym will be there to answer your questions and help you get started with your training.
During the period April 19 to May 23, the gym will be on site and you can participate in Omnigym's evaluation of the gym via a QR code at the machines. Take the opportunity to test the machines and take part in the study before the gym moves on. It is completely free of charge.
