Co-op

Co-op is a form of study that allows for a combination of studies and work at a company. The students get the relevant work-life experience which increases motivation and study results. For the companies, co-op often functions as a long-term recruitment strategy, where it is possible to get to know a future employee. The students also perform real work assignments and bring in new knowledge to the company.

To the University the collaboration with the companies generates increased insight into what the trade needs and therefore contributes to modern educational programs.
