Gefle Student Union is run by and for students at the University of Gävle. The Student Union makes sure that the students' voice is heard and that the student group is represented in the relevant places. The Student Union works with student matters as well as questions relating to education and research. The Student Union takes part in several activities during the introduction. They also arrange club union nights.
