During your studies you may need different sorts of assistance – both practical as well as technical. On this site you find information about service functions available to you as student.

In building 22 you will find the Student Center. Here you can get help with questions about your studies. Here you also find IT support, a screen showing schedules and a café.

The it-department will be performing maintenance on the university network and servers and therefore the Library will be closed on the 23nd of September.
- Learning Center
In the library you will find the Learning Center which is a support function for distance education and flexible learning at the University of Gävle.

Copy Centre (prints and copies)
The Copy Centre is the University’s own printing office and is located in building 32. Here you receive help with printing, copying and book binding. They can also help you to scan images and text.
Open Monday–Friday 08.00–15.00, closed for lunch 12.00–13.00.
During summer and Swedish holidays opening hours are limited.
Porter's Office
At the Porter's Office' helpdesk in building 32 you can, among other things, borrow and reserve AV-equipment. When reserving equipment, do it well in advance.
Personnel from the Porter's Office is available Monday–Friday 08.00–16.30.

Gefle Student Union office is in building 91 (map of campus).
