Study Help

Being a student at a university often requires motivation, self-discipline, concentration and planning. A good study technique can help you to succeed with your studies and give you time for more than studies.

Successful studies

Studiehjälpen (study help) offer support regarding study techniques, study planning and motivation. We can help you on your way to successful studies.

Three days a week you can meet staff from the Study Help and discuss your study technique, study planning and motivation. You are welcome to come with anything and everything. You don't need to book an appointment, just sign up at the student support desk in the Student Centre, building 22, and we will meet you.

Tuesday 13.00-14.30
Wednesday 13.00-14.30
Thursday 10.30-12.00

Book a counselling session

It is also possible to book individual counselling sessions with us at the Study Help. We offer counselling both online and on campus. Please email studentcoach@hig.se to book an appointment.

Weekly planning and to do lists

Download and print our lists and weekly planning charts completely free of charge. Most documents are adapted for printing on A4 papers, but the weekly schedule for ten weeks is best printed on A3 paper. It holds an entire study period and is perfect to put up on the fridge. Please note that headlines and weekdays are in Swedish.

Opening Hours

The Study Help (Studiehjälpen) opens 5 September.
