Study Help

Being a student at a university often requires motivation, self-discipline, concentration and planning. A good study technique can help you to succeed with your studies and give you time for more than studies.

Successful studies

Studiehjälpen (study help) offer support regarding study techniques, study planning and motivation. We can help you on your way to successful studies. Visit our activities in room 31:322 or join us online on Zoom.

MONDAY: Study planning, 9–10

Every Monday at 09.00–10.00 you are welcome to Studiehjälpen. Sit down and get started on your study planning for the week. Staff are on hand for short questions and to help you get started, if you wish. A short introduction is usually held in Swedish.

THURSDAY: Drop-in, 11–12

On Thursdays at 11.00–12.00 you have the opportunity to come to Studiehjälpen with your questions about study techniques, study planning and motivation. The drop-in is best suited for slightly shorter questions. If you have more extensive questions, you are welcome to book an individual meeting.

Weekly planning and to do lists

Download and print our lists and weekly planning charts completely free of charge. Most documents are adapted for printing on A4 papers, but the weekly schedule for ten weeks is best printed on A3 paper. It holds an entire study period and is perfect to put up on the fridge. Please note that headlines and weekdays are in Swedish.
