Exam hand-out

When your examinator has graded your exam and the result has been registered you can collect your exam (this can be done 20 days after the examination date at earliest). Until you collect your exam all you answers are official records and can be viewed by others people. If you do not wish for your exam answers to be viewable we recommend collecting your exam as soon as possible.

Collecting your exam

Written exams can generally be collected at the Student Centre in house 22 for courses given at the Faculty of Health and Occupational Studies and the Faculty of Education and Business Studies. Exams in courses given at the Faculty of Engineering and Sustainable Development can be collected in house 12. A not collected exam will be saved for two calendar years.

In the newsfeed in the Student Portal you can see if your exam has reached the Student Centre and is ready to be collected.

To be able to collect your exam you need to bring your identification (passport or equivalent) with you. You will also need to know the name of the course and the date on which you wrote it.
