Problems receiving e-mail from the Library!

E-mail from the Library (biblioteket@hig.se) is not always received by Outlook- and Hotmail accounts.

E-mail with messages that reserved books are ready to pick up or that your loan period is about to expire, is not always received by Outlooks- and Hotmail accounts.

  • Check for mail from biblioteket@hig.se in your folder for junk mail.
  • If you find mail from us in your junk mail folder, mark them as "Not Junk mail".
  • Add biblioteket@hig.se to your list of trusted senders.
  • Or check your e-mail delivery service for information on how to get mail from trusted senders.

Log in to your Library account!

Since there are problems with e-mail you should, on a regular basis, log in to your Library account, because there you find information if your reserved books can be picked up or when your books are due to be back.
