Dr. Zhao is teaching various courses in Industrial Engineering and Management such as Industrial Statistics, Total Quality Management, Reliability Engineering, Safety and Maintenance, Simulation Technique in Logistics. His research interests include Multivariate Statistics, Reliability Mathematics, Software Reliability Modelling and Quality Technology. He has a PhD degree in Quality Technology from Linköping University, Sweden, a Master degree in Mathematical Statistics from Wuhan University, China, and a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from Guizhou University, China. Before he started his PhD study, he had been working in an aerospace industry for years. He has published over 60 scientific articles in referred journals and conference proceedings.
