Employees at industrial companies are statistically exposed to higher risks for ill-health and accidents compared to other occupational groups. This project is a collaboration between Centre for Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Gävle and the steel manufacturing company Ovako. The main goal of occupational health and safety (OHS) efforts at the company is to decrease the prevalence of work injuries. The company implements a behavior based safety (BBS) program. A PhD-student studies the implementation process of BBS at the company.
