Modeling of gross body postures among customer contact centre workers by company and work characteristics
This project is part of Callcenterprojektet (responsible person: Svend Erik). The aim is to establish how precise call center operators´ work postures can be estimated by means of easily accessible information about the company and work characteristics. The collected data will be used for building regression models that are evaluated in terms of their predictive ability.
