An analysis of internationally recommended outcome measures (IMMPACT) and health economy in relation to rehabilitation of neck-shoulder disorders. The aim is to investigate whether the outcome measures that IMMPACT recommend capture health aspects that are prominent for women with neck-shoulder disorders, and to explore the relationship between these outcome measures and wellbeing, general health and sick leave.

A health economic evaluation of four different treatments for neck-shoulder disorders in a RCT is also performed, according to improvement in the study participants´ health profiles related to direct and indirect costs on an individual and societal level.
