The reliability of various tests of the neck's sensorimotor functions
We have developed a number of tests for sensorimotor functions which involve movement in the neck and shoulders and which have proven capable of distinguishing groups of people with long-term neck pain from people without neck pain.

Tests can, therefore, be important instruments in clinical studies where it is of interest to measure the functionality of the neck. But then the reliability of the tests when performing measurements must be studied in order to enable calculation of group size in the design of the study.
The aim of the study is to measure the reliability of measurements taken in tests of the neck's range of movement, maximum speed and flexibility when turning the head, precision when repositioning the head and precision during manipulation of the arms.
