Developing and evaluating supervision models in academic placements
Supervisors and student nurses' perspectives
The project was longitudinal, had a quantitative and qualitative approach and aimed to depict supervising nurses' and student nurses' perceptions of the learning environment before, during and after the introduction of a new supervision model (peer learning/paired supervision).
The project resulted in 4 research articles.
Research period: 2010-2013.
