Forskningsämne: Arbetshälsovetenskap

David Hallman tillhör forskargruppen Centrum för belastningsskadeforskning och forskar om hälsofrämjande fysisk aktivitet och stillasittande i arbetslivet. Han intresserar sig bland annat för hur olika mönster av fysisk aktivitet och stillasittande på arbetet och fritiden kan bidra till bättre hälsa och minskad risk för ohälsa och kroppsliga besvär. David forskar även inom flexibelt arbete och hälsa, implementering av aktivitetsbaserade kontor samt samverkan mellan psykosocial och fysisk arbetsmiljö.

David Hallman är vetenskaplig ledare i ett av Högskolan i Gävles strategiska forskningsområden: Hälsofrämjande arbete

David Hallman har en filosofie magisterexamen i psykologi.
