Marina Heiden är professor i arbetshälsovetenskap vid Akademin för hälsa och arbetsliv på Högskolan i Gävle. Hennes främsta forskningsintresse är hur flexibelt arbete kan tillämpas på ett hållbart sätt för både individ och organisation. I det ingår studier om hur arbete kan utformas för att främja hälsa och inklusion, och hur det kan bidra till organisationers attraktivitet. Hon forskar också om metoder för att mäta och bedöma fysisk exponering i arbetet.
