Annica Björkman är främst aktiv inom forskning kring nationellt samordnad telefonrådgivning, 1177 Vårdguiden. Hon intresserar sig bland annat för telefonsjuksköterskors arbetsmiljö samt att möta uppringare med psykisk ohälsa. Annica Björkman forskar även inom området Nätbaserat lärande.
AKTUELL FORSKNING
Annica är engagerad i följande forskningsprojekt:
- Programmet Första Linjens digitala vård, 1177 Direkt, ett nytt arbetssätt för 1177 Vårdguiden på telefon - Det övergripande syftet med föreliggande forskningsprojekt är att studera telefonsjuksköterskors (1177) arbetsmiljö, välbefinnande och vårdkvalitet före, under och efter införandet av det nya arbetssättet inom 1177 Direkt.
- Arbetsmiljö inom 1177 Vårdguiden - det övergripande syftet med forskningsprojektet är att undersöka arbetsmiljön för telefonsjuksköterskor anställda inom 1177 Vårdguiden. Projektet finansieras av Högskolan i Gävle.
- Nätbaserat lärande - det övergripande syftet med forskningsprojektet är att studera lärare och studenters uppfattning och användning av digitala verktyg inom undervisning.
