Forskningsämne: Vårdvetenskap

Martin Salzmann-Erikson utvecklar och är aktiv forskare inom forskningsprogrammet "Digital Shapeshifting". Programmet är ett av tre program inom det strategiska forskningsområdet Hälsofrämjande arbete.

 

Digital Shapeshifting arbetar mot följande samhällsutmaningar:

Att minska digitalt utanförskap när digital teknologi integreras i vården på ett sätt som stärker empatiska och förtroendefulla relationer.

Att garantera en trygg och inkluderande digital vårdmiljö där kvalitet och vårdvetenskapliga perspektiv inte får kompromissas.

Att säkerställa jämlik tillgång och främja digital kompetens.

 

Martin Salzmann-Erikson har lång erfarenhet av kliniskt arbete inom den akutpsykiatriska heldygnsvården som specialistsjuksköterska. Han har också forskat om organisatorisk och social arbetsmiljö inom psykiatrisk omvårdnad och har bland annat utvecklat en arbetsmodell för personal inom psykiatrisk intensivvård.

Han är också involverad i utbildning på grund- avancerad- och forskarnivå inom omvårdnad och vårdvetenskap. Han har utvecklat kurser som "Integrativ omvårdnad inom psykiatrisk vård 7,5 hp" och "Begreppsanalys 7,5 hp" på avancerad nivå.

Det som både förenar både hans forskning och pedagogik är komplexiteten som mänsklig interaktion innebär - utifrån kaos och komplexitetsteorier.
