The ISNET project is a collaboration with Sandvik and Cibes Lift. Big-data use are inevitable challenges for manufacturing industries. As a result the value added from one manufacturer generally decreases while the complexity of products and processes increases. This entail a need for companies to develop management of interactive innovation processes. Such challenges will be investigated and appropriate management tools will be developed together with Sandvik and Cibes Lift.

The “successful Innovation investments” project concern the Swedish life science industry. An important question concerns why public and private investments in innovation in some cases gives rise to new products produced by companies located within the same legal borders as the innovation investments were made, while both material and monetary benefits in other cases do not. This project outlines innovation investments and the distribution of social-material and monetary benefits among the public and private actors.
