Studentföreningarna och Gefle Studentkår ordnar tillsammans en inspark. Välkommen!
There will be a programme introduction on Friday 25 August at 13.30 pm. The introduction will be via zoom. The programme introduction will be a good opportunity to meet and greet some of the faculty members involved in the programme courses and ask questions about the programme.
All new students are welcome to join and we look forward to meeting you.

The first period of the programme starts on Monday 28 August.
The program is a is a distance-based educational program that offers the possibility to obtain a Master of Science in Energy Systems 120 credits from University in Gävle entirely off-campus. The official language throughout the studies is English. There are no restrictions related to geographical location. All courses can be followed online. The lectures will be available online on a web-based learning management system for watching at any time.
A strong emphasis is placed on dealing with energy engineering tasks with due consideration of technical, environmental and socioeconomic issues. The two-year Master Programme in Energy Systems offers further in-depth studies of energy systems in buildings are geared towards simulation, optimisation and measuring techniques of and in buildings.
You will learn a multi-dimensional approach, which means that the building is evaluated from different point of views as well as with different system boundaries. As evaluation methods, advanced measurements technique, energy simulation, computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation, psychological and cognitive functioning, intervention methods as well as life-cycle assessment (LCA) for quantification of the environmental impacts will be covered.
This unique programme will focus not only on system and component levels but also on all aspects from technology to human response and environmental impacts.

För att du ska komma in i studentlivet ordnar Gefle Studentkår tillsammans med studentföreningarna en inspark. Det brukar vara en minnesvärd vecka. Insparken startar 16 augusti 2023 och alla är välkomna.
