The step challenge is a cross-border initiative designed to promote physical activity, community, and sustainable habits. Register and let’s have fun together – all across Europe!
A fun and inclusive 3-week challenge
From 14 April to 5 May, participants will walk or cycle to earn points using the Kiplin mobile app. By forming teams of up to five people, participants contribute to a shared effort to move more!
Whether you walk to lectures, cycle to work, or take a stroll during your lunch break – every step counts. Fun challenges and quizzes will be added to make the experience even more engaging and give teams the chance to earn bonus points. Keep an eye on social media!
How does it work?
Participants earn points through their daily physical activity:
- 100 steps = 1 point
- 1 minute of cycling = 1 point
- 1 completed Kiplin session = 30 points
- Kiplin sessions (live or replay) are only counted once.
Points earned through physical activity (steps and cycling) are limited to 200 points per day.
This system encourages regular, moderate physical activity, helping everyone stay active each day, at their own pace, throughout the challenge!
At the end of the challenge, 3 rankings will be established:
- individual ranking
- team ranking
- university ranking (inter-entity competition)
- Ready to get started? Register by 13 April!
