International Week 6–8 may

During these days, we want to inspire and show what international opportunities are available within EU GREEN and Erasmus+ exchange for you as a student, doctoral student or employee.

Monday 6 May

• 11:00–11:45 PhD Student Informational Lunch Erasmus+
  Find out more about the exchange possibilities for doctoral students! Room 23:203
  
  
• 11.30–13.00 Come and kick off our International Week with International Disco and Erasmus+ Quiz!
  Free snacks, coffee and tea! Meet the International Office, Student Counsellors, IntU Gefle and exchange students. Studentcentrum, House 22
  
  
• 12.00–12:45 Teachers and Staff Informational Lunch Erasmus+
  Free sandwich lunch for the first 20 attendees! Learn more about the different exchange possibilities for university teachers and staff within the Erasmus+ programme. Room 23:203
  
  
• 13:00–15:00 Magdeburg University International Day seminar with EU GREEN Universities. Get to know our EU Green partners! We will also participate by presenting University of Gävle ca 20-25 minutes, https://ovgu.zoom-x.de/j/97614827826 External link. Code: 936321

Tuesday 7 May

• 10.00–11.30 EU GREEN Opportunities
  Information on what is going on in EU GREEN and if you like, how to get involved. Room 13:111 Stora Jadwiga
  
  
• 11.30–13.30 Eurovision Disco and quiz! Free snacks, coffee and tea!
  Come and meet the International Office, Student Counsellors, IntU Gefle and exchange students. Studentcentrum, House 22.
  
  
• 16:00–19:00 “Grill and Chill” with IntU Gefle
  Play some volleyboll, fotboll or ‘kubb’ together with other students! Campus lawn.

Wednesday 8 May

• 11.30–13.00 International Disco and student buddy quiz!
  Free coffee, tea and snacks! Come and meet the International Office, Student Counsellors, IntU Gefle and exchange students. Studentcentrum, House 22.
  
  
• 12:15–12:45 Study abroad & Erasmus+ traineeship abroad, on Zoom
  Find out more about scholarships and possibilities to study or work abroad as a student. International Office will tell you more and answer questions online!
