Erasmus+ Staff Week at University of Gävle
We wish to invite all of our Erasmus+ partners to our first ever Erasmus +Staff Week in May! Join us for 4 days of discussions, work shops and sharing of experiences of student mobilities and student support within Erasmus+.

Theme: Erasmus+ Student Mobility and Support
Our goal and purpose are to inspire and empower staff working with Erasmus+ Student Mobility. Share ways to increase the number of mobilities and increase student satisfaction. Learn new ways to give students support before, during and after their mobility.
Encourage, empower, engage and enjoy Erasmus+, not just as a students but as staff working with Erasmus+.
Cost
The cost of participating in our staff week is 50€. This includes participation in the programme, food and beverages throughout the week and guided tour/excursion.
On Wednesday you have the opportunity to join a guided tour to either Old Town Gävle or an excursion to Bönan Fishing Village.
Registration & Requirements
- The staff week is open to all our Erasmus+ partners. Target group is junior and senior staff members working with Erasmus+ Student Mobility and Support.
- Unfortunately, we do not have enough capacity to accept those who work in other areas.
- 20-25 participants. (A maximum of 2 participants per university will be considered to ensure diversity of the group.)
- Attendance for the full programme is required.
- If we receive more applications than spaces available, we will undertake a selection process and will ensure that the selected representatives are the best match for our staff week theme.
