Bright Findings: Remote Work, Well-Being, and Performance
EU GREEN is launching the webinar series Bright Findings, where researchers from across the alliance share research that offers hope and fresh perspectives on today’s societal challenges. The first webinar features Tea Korkeakunnas from the University of Gävle, presenting research on telework and the future of working life.

Bright Findings is a new webinar series highlighting research that contributes positive perspectives on some of the major challenges facing society today. Throughout 2026, participants will have the opportunity to meet researchers from across the EU GREEN alliance and explore current research from a variety of disciplines.

Bright Findings from Telework Research: When Flexibility Supports Well-Being and Performance

The webinar offers a research-based perspective on how telework can contribute to a more balanced and sustainable future of work.
About the Bright Findings Series
This webinar is the first in the Bright Findings series, which brings together researchers from EU GREEN partner universities to share research that offers new perspectives and potential solutions to contemporary societal challenges.
The series will continue throughout 2026 with webinars exploring topics such as sustainable agriculture, generative AI and women’s entrepreneurship, and advances in reproductive biology.
