Afshana is a PhD student in industrial economics with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Her doctoral thesis is connected to the research project GREENER. The research goal is to explore success factors for establishing and scaling up local food supply chains in a Swedish context. In order to achieve the research objective, she is focusing on three different types of local food supply chains- digital platforms, wholesalers, and retailers.
