Uddhav is a doctoral student within a cotutelle PhD project between the University of Gävle and the University of Angers, carried out as part of the EU Green Universities alliance. His research focuses on digitalized academic work, with particular interest in the academic work exposome, flexible work arrangements, digital demands, and how these factors influence musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and mental health among academic staff. His work aims to generate knowledge on how digital and flexible work can be designed to promote healthy, sustainable, and long-term employability within higher education.
