Felippe's research focuses on analysing collaborative processes in sustainable public procurement. He is also a Marie Sklodowska-Curie fellow through the Sapiens Network project. Felippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (University of Brasília) and a Master's degree in Governance and Development (National School of Public Administration) from Brazil. Since 2005, he has worked as a Brazilian civil servant and held roles in several government agencies. He specialises in public procurement and teaches at a school for the Brazilian federal government.
