Marina Heiden is head of the subject occupational health science at the Faculty of Health and Occupational Studies at the University of Gävle. Her main research interest is how flexible work can be implemented to promote individual and organizational sustainability. This includes studies on how work can be designed to promote health and inclusion, and how it can contribute to the attractiveness of organizations. She also researches methods to assess physical exposure at work.
