About the researcher

I hold a PhD in Education from Stockholm University, with a research profile covering key areas such as organizational pedagogy, leadership, organizational change, and social entrepreneurship. My research focuses on how learning and development can be promoted in complex organizational contexts, as well as how leadership and change processes can be optimized to strengthen organizational efficiency and adaptability.

Anchored in both organizational pedagogy theory and practical organizational research, I am particularly interested in exploring the processes that enable continuous learning and development within organizations. I also examine how leadership can contribute to guiding change in a sustainable and inclusive manner.

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Gävle, where I am involved in the project 'The Effect of Enhanced Governmental Collaboration on Labor Market Integration among the Long-Term Unemployed in Sweden.'

The project aims to create a deeper understanding of how the Swedish Public Employment Service and municipalities can collaborate to support individuals who are far from the labor market. We strive to study and analyze strategies that increase the efficiency of public collaboration structures and promote more inclusive labor market policies, with the goal of facilitating sustainable labor market integration for the long-term unemployed
