Interdisciplinary researcher with a Ph.D. in Industrial Economics and Organization from KTH and currently a postdoctoral fellow at Mälardalen University. My research focuses on inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems, the governance of migration and integration, gender, and intersectionality. I am particularly interested in how entrepreneurs navigate structural inequalities and establish legitimacy in complex institutional environments.
I specialize in qualitative and participant-based methods, including thematic analysis (NVivo), ethnography, and policy lab methods. I have extensive experience conducting in-depth interviews and leading co-creation processes with various stakeholders. My research focuses on societal impact and policy relevance and bridges academic theory and practice.
I have presented my research at leading international conferences, including the Academy of Management, Babson, and the Diana International Research Conference, where I was awarded the Best Conceptual Paper Award in 2025. I place great emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and on contributing knowledge that can serve as the foundation for more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship policies.
