Restaurants, cafés and student kitchens

On or near the university campus there are several places for lunch and coffee. These offer everything from simple sandwiches to pizza, Thai, vegetarian and classic Swedish home cooking.

Campus by Nordrest - University restaurants

Campus by Nordrest is the University's restaurant operator. They are responsible for:

Vending machines

Vending machines (coffee and sweets) are located at the Sheep Hall (building 22). The vending machines are refilled twice a week. In the vending machines you can pay by card and via app.

Catering services

The university's restaurant also offers catering (both lunch and coffee). Contact the restaurant manager, most easily via e-mail markan@nordrest.se.

For those with packed lunches

For students and visitors, it is possible to heat up lunch boxes and eat packed lunches in student kitchens. Refrigerators and microwaves are available, but you will need to bring your own cutlery and other utensils.

Lunch places close to the university campus

There are several different options for food and coffee in the vicinity of the university.

Along Kungsbäcksvägen you will find Café Bogården, Pizzaspaden (by the concert hall) and Kungsbäcksköket (opposite building 41 Valhall).

One restaurang on Runebergsvägen is Runebergs kvarterskrog External link.. They also have today's lunch.

Restaurant Teknikparken External link. is on Nobelvägen and serves a lunch buffet.
Restaurant Kompassen External link. on Lantmäterigatan is another option for lunch on weekdays.
