Anti-drug week in Gävle

Gävle is taking a stand against drugs. In collaboration with the local police, the municipality is launching an awareness week from 19 to 25 May. The campaign will make an early stop at the University of Gävle on 29 April.

Gävle mot narkotika (Gävle against drugs) aims to raise awareness and start a discussion about drug use and its consequences for individuals and society. The Municipality of Gävle and the local police wants to raise public awareness of the direct and indirect consequences of drugs, both at an individual and a societal level. The aim is to encourage conversations about drug use and to make more people aware of the support available in our local community for those who abuse drugs themselves or are concerned about someone around them.

The campaign is coming to the University

Join us at the Student Center on April 29, between 11:00 and 13:00, where the Student Health Service and the Municipality of Gävle will be highlighting the campaign. Drop by for information, ask questions, and learn more about how we can stand together against drugs.
