Find your balance - free yoga!
Join us for three free yoga sessions this spring! Take a moment to yourself in the midst of student life. You can participate on campus or digitally through Zoom. Limited number of places available on campus.

Do you feel stressed or have trouble relaxing? Yoga can help you release tension, improve sleep and strengthen your body and mind. Through simple movements, mindful breathing and relaxation, you can bring more balance, focus and energy to your daily life. Whether you are a beginner or have experience of yoga, you are welcome to join us.
