Welcome to a relaxing time where you can try yoga, deep relaxation and meditation. You will also learn how yoga and mindfulness can relieve stress. We offer fika!

As part of the University's student support activities “Always on a Tuesday” and the University's participation in EU-GREEN to create a more sustainable and healthy campus, this event is offered to both staff and students at the University. The event is also a part of World Harmony Week 3-7 February.
International Harmony Week is dedicated to fostering a sense of calm and wellness across our university communities. Through diverse activities like yoga, mindfulness sessions and wellness webinars we aim to provide participants with tools to reduce stress, improve relaxation and nurture mental and physical health
