Apply for reimbursement of tuition fees

An application for reimbursement must be made no later than three weeks after the start of the semester for which the reimbursement applies. In order for your application to be processed, you must withdraw your admission to the program or course to which you have been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email when the application has been sent.

In order to process your errand the University of Gävle needs to use certain personal data. When you submit information via the form it will be processed in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation, article 6 1e exercise of authority. The processed data will be sifted out, or extant, according to the University of Gävle’s records management, once your errand has been closed.
