A good automation process must be based on interplay and be in balance with both humans and technology. As an automation engineer you will learn to identify and chart different technical systems, develop operating, control and surveillance systems. With the foundation in electronics you will learn such things as electrical engineering, programming PLC, handling built-in systems and robotics as well as using CAD to construct operating systems that are required when the automation is to be installed.

When doing so, automation engineers who know construction, programming, optimization, installation and deployment are required.
