Infocenter is situated in the library in Building 23. Here you can get assistance with general questions, guidance, and services during your visit to campus.

Service for students and visitors

We can assist you with the following:

• Navigating the campus area
• Information about current events on campus
• Issuing and managing the HiG card (access card)
• Parking permits and parking information
• Responding to general questions about the University of Gävle
• Sale of office supplies, and branded merchandise
• Answering basic course and programme questions, as well as general study-related enquiries
• Issuing study certificates
• Providing help with basic IT questions, such as:
  • Assistance with login issues
  • Information about WiFi/Eduroam
  • Printing-related enquiries
  • Information about user accounts
