Infocenter is situated in the library in Building 23. Here you can get assistance with general questions, guidance, and services during your visit to campus.

Weekdays (excluding public holidays): Monday–Thursday 08.00–16.00, Friday 08.00–15.00
Changed opening hours
Wednesday 12 November: 9.00–15.00
Service for students and visitors
We can assist you with the following:
- Navigating the campus area
- Information about current events on campus
- Issuing and managing the HiG card (access card)
- Parking permits and parking information
- Responding to general questions about the University of Gävle
- Sale of office supplies, and branded merchandise
- Answering basic course and programme questions, as well as general study-related enquiries
- Issuing study certificates
- Providing help with basic IT questions, such as:
- Assistance with login issues
- Information about WiFi/Eduroam
- Printing-related enquiries
- Information about user accounts
