The University has a number of support functions that you as a student can turn to if needed.
Student service desk
Here you will find informed staff who can help you with most of your needs related to your studies at the University of Gävle.
Technical support (IT-Support)
You can always turn to our IT support if you have IT-related questions. Please use our service portal to report errors. The portal also contains manuals and knowledge articles where you can find answers to some of the most common questions. Please note that IT support does not provide IT equipment to students.
Learning Centers support
Learning Center is a central support function for distance education and flexible learning at the University of Gävle. We support students and teachers in developing teaching methods concerning flexible learning.
Porter's Office
The Porter's Office is in room 32:204. There you can get help with borrowing extra tables and some equipment. They can also assist with refurnishing for student events and conferences.
