You're welcome to use our Service Portal to quickly get in touch with Student Support.
In the portal, you'll also find guides and knowledge articles where you can search for answers to common questions – such as how to apply for course re-registration or sign up for an exam.

The Infocenter is located in the library (Building 23) and is a natural meeting place for students and staff working with student service and support.
Opening Hours: Monday–Friday 08.00–16.00.
Summer Opening Hours: 9 June–31 August
Between 9 June and 31 August 2025, the Infocenter will have adjusted opening hours.
