Unlock your entrepreneurial potential!

Have you ever had a business idea but weren’t sure how to turn it into reality? Now’s your chance! Welcome to the EU GREEN Entrepreneurial Journey, a series of activities designed to inspire and develop students’ entrepreneurial skills. And maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who got the chance to go to the EU GREEN Entrepreneurship Festival in Portugal this autumn.

This course and opportunity are closed for 2025, but feel free to keep an eye out next year when we run it again!

Online course

If you are a student at the University of Gävle, join our short online course designed for students who want to develop their entrepreneurial skills and transform ideas into something meaningful.

This course consists of a series of engaging, podcast-style modules, making it easy to listen and absorb insights at your own pace. After each episode, you'll get the chance to test your knowledge with a quiz, ensuring you retain key concepts and can apply them to your business idea.

Whether you’re looking to launch a startup or simply explore the world of entrepreneurship, this course will equip you with the skills and confidence to take your idea to the next step.

Participants who choose to submit a business plan after completing the online workshop will have the chance to be selected for the EU GREEN Entrepreneurship Festival in Évora, Portugal.

Entrepreneurship Festival in Portugal

Participants who submit a business plan after completing the online workshop will have the chance to be selected for the EU GREEN Entrepreneurship Festival in Évora, Portugal, on November 24th to 28th 2025.

Is a great chance to develop your idea and at the same time meet with other students from across Europe. At the festival, you'll gain insights from successful entrepreneurs, refine your business concept in hands-on workshops, and receive valuable mentorship. You'll also have the opportunity to network with students from the eight EU GREEN universities, sharing knowledge and exploring new collaborations.

This year four students will have the chance to participate in the EU GREEN Entrepreneurship Festival.

This is not a competition but an opportunity for students to grow, refine their ideas, and gain valuable experience. The selection is based on engagement, potential, and how students can benefit from attending the festival. We want to support students who are passionate about entrepreneurship and eager to develop their ideas in a collaborative, international environment.

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you need to submit a business plan after the online course along with a short motivation explaining why you want to attend the festival and how the festival will support your development, and why you would benefit from participating.
