Malin is a doctoral student in the Change Graduate School, within the project Flexible Transition for Sustainable Innovation in Gävleborg. Her doctoral project, Flexible Working Arrangements in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, aims to investigate how the work environment and health are affected by employees’ ability to decide where, when or how they work.
